Chiso Mountain Field Trip - January 2026
G2K Culture Day: Field trip to Chiso Mountain, Takeo Province
Join us for a day trip to Phnom Chisor, home to an 11th-century temple.
Enjoy beautiful views of Takeo Province, visit the Temple, and learn about the historical and cultural significance of this popular destination.
Saturday 24th January, 8am - 4pm
Meet at G2K at 7:45am. Bus will leave at 8am.
Cost: $25 including transport, lunch, entry fees, bottled water.
The trip is open to all students and alumni. You are welcome to bring family and friends. Free for children 5 and under.

Important Information:
- The mountain is 50km from G2K. We expect the journey to take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, including one rest stop.
- We will arrange to have lunch at a local restaurant. This is included in the cost of the trip and you are welcome to purchase your own drinks. There are limited options available for those with dietary requirements, but we will do our best to accommodate if you give us details on your booking form. If you would prefer to bring your own lunch, please mention this on the form.
- G2K will provide 2 bottles of drinking water per person, we encourage you to bring your refillable bottles to minimize plastic waste. Drinks can also be purchased on the mountain and at the restaurant.
- Please dress appropriately for outdoor activities and wear suitable footwear to walk up the steps to the mountain.
- Please note that you are responsible for looking after your belongings. We recommend that you do not bring any unnecessary valuables with you.
- Once you have submitted this form please come to the Customer Services office on Floor 3 to pay for the trip. Payment can be made with cash or ABA/ QR code payment.

Would you like to receive extra support with your learning?
We are pleased to announce that G2K is now offering Practice & Support packages.
Whether you’re currently studying with us or it’s been a while since your last lesson, Practice & Support sessions are an excellent way to review your learning with teachers who know you and the G2K curriculum.
They provide additional one-to-one time with a G2K teacher to review past lessons, ask questions, and practice conversation skills all of which can help to strengthen your understanding, build your confidence, and develop your fluency and accuracy.
These one hour sessions can be purchased as a one-off or as packages of four or eight sessions. By purchasing a package you can save on the hourly rate and arrange a regular schedule once per week, twice per week, or once per fortnight during an intake.
Did you know G2K also offers Coaching and Catch-up Classes?
Coaching: Everyone learns differently! Meet with an experienced teacher to identify skills and approaches that will work best for you, and create learning objectives to help you progress in key areas. Two complimentary sessions available per Level.
Catch-up Classes: If you miss a lesson we recommend scheduling a condensed catch-up class to cover the content you missed along with conversation practice and error correction.
Christmas Party 2025

All students, alumni and their families are invited to attend.

In addition to our Khmer language and culture classes, G2K’s campus building also has a variety of light and comfortable office spaces and meeting rooms. The building currently houses a long-term NGO tenant and frequently hosts meetings and events for other organisations and corporations.
We have several new and varied office spaces from 22sqm to an entire 180sqm floor, available soon.
